Booking and Cancellation Policy
+All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We understand plans can change, so you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

+We treat every vehicle with the utmost care. However, our company is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. Please inform our staff of any known issues before the service begins. In the rare event of damage caused by our team, we will address the issue promptly.

Customer Responsibilities
